Guidance delivered with the right amount of expertise you need for the couple who already have everything planned, with vendors and suppliers secured. This package is perfect if you need a proficient wedding event planner by your side to handle all the nitty-gritty details, big and small. Breathe easy and enjoy your special day, with the experts coordinating every detail on-site.

We’ll help produce the run sheet for the day
Confirm the list of suppliers who are delivering items on the day of the event
(Please note: if you have organised any items directly, you're responsible for liaising delivery & collection)

On the Event Day
Setting it up
We'll be on-site from 10 a.m. onwards
If needed, we'll set up the ceremony space (this could include the arbour, setting the chairs, arranging the flowers and more)
Oversee the set up of the tables, which includes table placement, chair placement, linen, plates, glasses, arranging name tags and laying down the flowers
Any packaging from the hire items or styling items will be packed and neatly stored
Before the guests arrive, we'll give the space a final once-over
We'll be leaving the venue once it is ready for guests, but not before:

Running the event according to the arranged run sheet

Liaising with the restaurant for food service
The Help for the Day package is perfect for intimate gatherings, as the set-up of up to 60 guests is included in the management fee. Over 60 guests will incur a $3 fee per person. This wedding package is set for a maximum of 6 hours.
*Hire/styling equipment needed — a 10% management fee will be added to any hire/styling items sourced
*If any styling items heavier than 30 kg or any item needing a ladder will attract additional staffing costs

Already planned almost everything for your dream wedding, but still need a wedding event planner on board? The Bringing it All Together package keeps your big day running smoothly.
We'll be there with you before the event to iron out all the details, make a step-by-step plan and then be there on the wedding day to handle all the big things and small. You can rest easy as the only worry you'll have is memorising your vows. We're there to take over and ensure you get the wedding you've been dreaming of!

We'll meet virtually or on-site before the wedding, to finalise details and how the day will run
We’ll produce the run sheet for the day
Finalise the run sheet and ensure all the stakeholders have it
Confirm the list of suppliers who are delivering items on the day of the event
We'll be on-site the day before to receive any arriving deliveries
(Please note: if you have organised any items directly, you're responsible for liaising delivery & collection)

From creating your perfect ceremony and reception style to hiring all the vendors and getting the planning down to the final dances. All you need to do is get glowing for your wedding while we will be there to keep things running smoothly.
The Whole Shebang is perfect for couples who want to celebrate every moment and make the most of the day. You'll literally just show up to see everything set up and running just like your vision and celebrate your happily ever after!

Setting the stage
Enjoy two face-to-face meetings with the BubbleWrap team before the event
We'll create your desired styling concept for the ceremony and reception
If needed, we're there to source the flowers, photographers, catering, service or equipment hire and accommodations
We'll work closely with you to produce the run sheet for the day
We'll develop the budget for all items managed by BubbleWrap Events,
All stakeholder coordination will be handled by us

On day before

We'll be on-site to receive any deliveries
If the venue allows, we'll start setting up the ceremony
